Tampura Knowledge

The students will learn to play Tampura:

• How to tune it
• How to play it
• How to change the strings with the knowledge of which string is required for each tampura according to their keys and size.

It is important to be able to tune a tampura when you will be on the stage, as most of the tampura players don't know how to tune the tampura. It is essential for an artist to know how to tune and play the tampura.
